Production records
Simulated plant production includes raw material procurement, processing, quality inspection and packaging and warehousing processes. When purchasing, raw materials are selected and information is recorded. Each process in production is operated according to specifications and traces are left. Quality inspection strictly controls key indicators. Qualified products are packaged and put into storage. The entire process is recorded in detail, ensuring the efficiency and stability of production and meeting the market's demand for high-quality products.
(1) Workshop production: The raw materials are screened and put into production. The processes of injection molding, wire shaping, assembly, and coloring are operated in a standardized manner. The equipment operates accurately, the workers are skilled, detailed information is recorded in each link, and strict quality inspection is carried out, from appearance, size to firmness and environmental protection, all are guaranteed to meet the standards. The final product is packaged into storage, and the process is rigorous, ensuring high-quality output to meet market demand.
(2) Packaging and warehousing: Qualified simulated plants are first packed in suitable cartons and plastic foam, then packed and sealed according to standards, and then neatly stacked to the designated warehouse location, record the warehousing quantity and location and other information, and complete the production process., facilitate subsequent inventory management and deployment.
(3) Shipping and transportation: After the simulated plants are packaged into storage, they are shipped according to sales orders. Before shipping, the staff checks the product model, quantity, receiving address and other information, and then transfers it to the transportation vehicle after it is correct, selects the logistics partner and determines the transportation method. Protect and fix during transportation, attach the shipping list and inspection report, and promptly feed back logistics information to ensure that products are delivered safely to customers and complete the last step of production and sales.
